DMA sets itself apart from other flooring contractors with intricate vinyl work like the patterned sheet vinyl floor in the lobby of the Henrico Doctors Hospital Parham Campus or the extensive water jet cut vinyl tile installation of the Riverbend High School in Spotsylvania. Our in house mechanics are well trained for this type of work and they have tackled other complex installations such as the Retreat Hospital ER Waiting Room and MCV’s PICU. Since 1979, we’ve developed our resources specifically to support the Healthcare industry. We have partnered with multiple vendors that support the healthcare industry to ensure that we can install the best quality products with state of the art equipment. We have worked to develop in house, certified technicians that are skilled in vinyl flash cove / heat welding processes to ensure that we can provide the best quality service and workmanship.

Over the last 29 years, we’ve installed a variety of products for thousands of customers. Whether you have a need for new carpet, vinyl flooring, hardwood, ceramic tile or acoustical ceiling tile & wall panel systems, you’re covered with DMA. On a daily basis we are working around central Virginia providing quality installation for both small and large projects. Our installers are experienced in working around your time constraints and are able to coordinate tenant-occupied installation services. All of our installers are trained through our in house training and apprenticeship program and our mechanics are CFI, Forbo, Armstrong, & Mohawk certified. And with Project Managers dedicated to commercial construction and residential projects alike, we can handle any type of flooring jobs in the market.

When you subcontract your floor covering needs, it should be “hands off” for you. DMA has three Field Superintendents averaging 27 years experience. Their primary goal is to focus on making sure all of our installations go smoothly and are done right the first time. The best products on the market are useless without proper, quality installation techniques. Our Field Superintendents coordinate the details of the installation with the customer, check the job before the installers arrive; walk the job upon completion of the installation, and are there to make sure we provide the best customer service possible.

In June of 2008, Bill Manson, Jr. formerly of Manson & Utley, Inc. joined the DMA team. Utilizing his expertise, DMA Floors has incorporated acoustical ceiling tile and wall panel systems as well as access floors into their scope of work.
