For the first time in 30 years, the annual supply volume of apartment rentals has peaked due to lifestyle renters: people who rent by preference, not by necessity.

They are financially stable, have disposable income, enjoy on-site conveniences, and seek modern amenities, including upscale kitchen and bathrooms. This trend cascades into housing for college students and timeshare resorts.

Two properties that meet the needs of this growing segment are High Street Luxury Apartments and The Holiday Inn Club Vacations Resort timeshare, both in Williamsburg.  DMA Floors is pleased to be on the team to bring these plans to life.

High Street Luxury Apartments

DMA Floors and Henderson, Inc. teamed up to complete the High Street Luxury Apartments for Commonwealth Properties in Williamsburg.

We installed Roca ceramic tile for the kitchen backsplashes and Armstrong Luxury Vinyl Tile for the kitchen/living room/bathroom floors.

In the bathrooms we used another Roca tile for the shower and tub walls. Everything came together to create some stunning apartment units, in large part due to the collaboration and coordinated action displayed by Henderson, Commonwealth, Project Manager Millie Rice, and her group. The Holiday Inn Club Vacations Resort

This high-end resort showcases intricate ceramic tile work by DMA Floors.

Once again, DMA Floors partnered with Henderson, Inc. construction company for a new 4-story building, with 24 villas and six Signature Collection 3-bedroom villas to meet the needs of growing families.

Henderson, Inc. contracted DMA Floors to install floor and wall materials in all units. Featuring a beautiful and sophisticated ceramic tile design, Project Manager Millie Rice, her team of dedicated installers, and support staff worked meticulously to maintain consistency in the patterns and transitions. The shower (pictured here) is from one of the signature units at the resort. The tile is manufactured by Adex and we used Mapei Corporation’s epoxy grout and setting material to complete the installation. #Adex #Mapei
